Our shop is a labor of love.

Built by Kat and her husband, Clayton, the Booch Bar opened in January 2021.

We feel very fortunate to be able to continue to contribute to the Rochester Public Market District with our new store front located only 300 ft from our original brewery. We more than doubled our production square footage, and we are thrilled to have the Booch Bar for tastings!

We have inside and outside seating (weather permitting).
