oin us for an evening with Katboocha, our friendly neighbor and kombucha brewery on Railroad Street! Katarina, founder & owner of Katboocha, will walk the class through the steps of creating your very own kombucha.
What is kombucha? Kombucha starts as a sweet tea base, commonly, from green or black tea fermented with live, organic culture. This is called the SCOBY (a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast). With a little skill and flavoring, it transforms into the delicious tonic that we know as kombucha.
$30 ticket includes:
• All supplies needed for the class, which you take home to finish & enjoy your kombucha
• (1) drink of choice (beer, wine, cider, or booch)
• 10% off food at the beer hall before or after the class
